The Great Books Reading Group is not a literature club. It is a discussion group that uses a multidisciplinary approach to learning and exploring the past and present. We are reading from the St. John's College Reading List. We are a group of movie fans who like to watch foreign movies and independent films. We normally meet before or after the movie over a coffee or a meal to socialize and talk about movies. To help new members find the group, we try to: 1) meet at the same time (25 min before movie starts; 5-10 minutes later, we go in to get seats); 2) meet at an easy-to-find location;  3) sit at the same place (third or fourth center row from the back).
