Welcome, London Classical Music Lovers!

Hi - this group is for anyone who wants to experience some of the many excellent classical music performances (including opera) which take place here in London...EVERYONE WELCOME (you don't have to know anything about Classical Music to join us).

We have one regular meetup a month, and sometimes extra ones as well! Each member is responsible for buying their own tickets for events (if you want, you can type your seat number in the 'comments' box when you rsvp, so other members can get seats near you). We meet up before the concert, during the break and also afterwards for a drink.

You can join this group for free, but there are two choices of membership fee to be paid if/when you start attending events:

1): £5 annuel membership or
2): £2 per event attended (guests of members also pay this)

Money raised from membership fees goes towards paying the meetup.com subscription, which I have to pay as organiser.

The way this works is: I schedule a concert and buy a ticket. I put my seat number in the RSVP section on the event listing so people can purchase tickets near me if they want to. We meet before each concert, during the interval and again afterwards for a drink.
